Stan Dark

Stan Dark is known throughout Louisiana for his design and illustrative talents. When U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, CBS newsman Charles Kuralt, Republican Party leader Jack Kemp and former first lady Barbara Bush were honored in Baton Rouge, Stan Dark was requested to render their portraits in his realistic pencil style.
More than 25 years of experience have given Stan a highly knowledgeable perspective on corporate image building through graphic identity. Stan has produced successful results for a variety of clients, from the Baton Rouge Department of Finance to Dow Chemical, from the National Sports Festival and the National Senior Games Association to the Louisiana Worlds Fair, from the Trane Company to Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation, just to mention a few.
Stan Dark, designer, writer, illustrator and consultant, works in a variety of illustrative mediums including pencil, ink, water and oil mediums. Stan also produces custom designs for environmental graphics, displays and product packaging.

Tara Dark, an accomplished fine artist in her own right, does all the final production of the highly polished print materials produced by The Image Source, Inc.
Tara, with more than 15 years of experience, has created designs and impressive illustrations to meet the wide range of client needs, from hard-edged corporate look to the more personalized health-care image. Recognized for her meticulous attention to pre-press requirements have won her the respect and admiration of both clients, digital out-put service providers and printers who testify her talents have saved untold thousands of dollars through her high-quality, pre-press printing procedures.
Tara is an excellent painter and her original oils have won many shows. She enjoys working in stained glass as well.
